INTRODUCING Uberkate Art – When your handwriting becomes your art

Creating and designing fuels me and truly feeds my soul.

I like to hand make birthday presents for my special girlfriends and when it comes to my wedding anniversary – well I love nothing more than surprising Mr Uber with something hand crafted by me.

Last year I made him a new wedding ring to replace the first one I created for him ten years ago. He was sad at first to take his original ring off, but knowing it is safely put away in a keepsake box for our children put his mind to rest.

I love the idea of refreshing and recreating a wedding ring for him every ten year celebration… I know, it’s easy for me to say being a jeweller and all.

This year I wanted to create him a precious piece of art. Something Uberspecial and hand crafted that he could sit on his bedside table as I reminder to him of just how much he is loved.

I hand wrote him this little love letter and the Uberkate workshop engraved it into sterling silver plate. After witnessing Mr Uber’s beautiful reaction I just knew this was something we needed to be able to offer to all of you too.

And so Uberkate Art was born.

You can choose from Sterling Silver, Copper or Bronze. Each plate is 7.5cm x 7.5xcm and you have a choice of White or Black frame that measures 23cm x 23cm.
